thankfulness

Tonight I am thankful for my two loves (I have a lot of loves). I am a very blessed woman, you know. I have an amazing husband who I will admit is probably the most patient man in the world (he has to be), with the biggest heart who works hard for his family. He works hard so I can stay home and love on our baby. Pretty lucky. He's just a very good man. Honest, hard working, thoughtful, intelligent, and quiet. And very handsome :)

(And how stinking cute is Leroy? I'll have to save him for another post.)

And then we were blessed with a very wonderful baby girl. She is just a happy happy little lady who loves to read books, sing, dance, and play. She loves to be outside, loves her kitties and Leroy, and loves to love on you, on anyone. She'll share her coveted horse, her soggy chips, and peanut-buttered sippy cup if you'd like. We just have a very beautiful peanut who loves living her little life!

Now, let me be straight with you. We're not perfect. And I'm sure not claiming to be. We have our "wrong side of the bed" days. I forgot to dry his jeans, he doesn't take out the garbage, and she melts down over a diaper change (even slaps, scratches, and bites!!). We sure can be crabby.

But when we choose to get over it and be happy, life is sure beautiful.

And THAT is something to be thankful for.
