raking leaves

Sorry summer. I may be shunned for saying this, but I really welcome autumn, with it's beautiful pallet of colors, crisp air, and fresh mountain breeze. With only a couple Aspen trees in our yard, we take full advantage of their beautiful leaves. We've been collecting and decorating with them, but also taking great care to build leaf-jumping piles when we can. Both Reese and Ella love to jump, and like to roll around, and even get Leroy in on the fun. After many attempts to encourage our cats to play, we gave up.
