Home!

We are safely home. We are pretty tired too.

After divulging my 10 hour drive secret to many (DVD player, baby) it promptly quit working 4 hours into the trip. Needless to say, there was lots of singing, lots of quiet time, and plenty of looking out the windows. (Now I know why my dad rigged up a VCR in our van back in the 90's)

When we finally arrived home, Ella told Spencer that we had to fix the DVD and the car's batteries. I said, "We had fun listening to music though, didn't we?"

"No," she said, "it was horrible."

We're just happy to be home :)
