North Dakota doesn't mess around when it comes to their winters. Sub zero temps, feet of snow, icy roads, but the warmest hearted people you could ever meet. Happen to be gone when the big storm hits? Don't worry, your neighbor will snowblow your driveway and sidewalks. Need a push out of the snowbank? The three big guys in the house next door will get you right out!
We were all getting a little bit stir crazy, so we bundled up and enjoyed the cool (5 degrees maybe?) calm morning after the storm. Well everyone except Grandpa and Reesie. (You can see them in the window here!)
Maria, it's one of my favorite things too.
But boy, that cold gets old quick! We warmed up with hot chocolate and marshmallows and snuggled in to watch a movie. Perfect Christmas Day in ND!
