Dancing queen

After two wedding dances under our belts, it is safe to say that we've got a dancing queen on our hands.

Here she is dancing in the middle of a gigantic circle, surrounded by all the wedding guests, feeling pretty confident that her touch the ground move would be a hit. It was, to say the least.

Over the course of the dances, she learned the Chicken Dance, the Hokey Pokey, and did a little Electric Slide with my dad. She also had numerous dance partners, no matter their age, but they were very short-lived. In fact, she really just liked cutting into a pair and dancing for a couple seconds, then finding someone new. I wasn't even cool enough to dance with anymore.

And each night, she danced herself to sleep. We'd coax her off the dance floor after she was sneaking behind the DJ booths, and it was then that she'd fall to pieces, tearfully crying "DAAAAANCING" (with a long "a"). She sure slept well those nights though.

Needless to say, we look forward to more opportunities to dance, and not only just at home in her Daddy's office and the hallway. We're cooking up some new moves that will be sure to impress...
