
Although Ms. Newton John had a different message than what I'd like my 20 month old to learn, Ella looks strikingly similar to the infamous workout music video. Here's Ella demonstrating the correct leg lift position.
And if you want a svelte toddler bod, Ella will tell you it's all about running, squatting, and lots of climbing. But if exercise isn't your cup of tea, my guess is that she'll advise you to find ways to get healthy doing things you love, like hands up hallelujah dancing, picking dandelions, and carrying around rocks as weights. She'll also probably say that diet is very important, and hers includes, among other things, a high intake of cheese and oranges. And Popsicles.
