Special Visitor

It wasn't too long before Sadie Mae was born that her Grandpa made the trip to meet her. (It's his goal to hold all his grandchildren in the hospital after they are born.)

And he was beyond happy with her sweet disposition and her patience for waiting until he was able to make it out to see her.

You see, it's becoming a trend in our family for the grandchildren to "wait" for Grandpa. Ella was born the day he arrived for a visit. She also rolled over first for him, and started walking only after being coached by him. And Miss Sadie waited too. These little girls have something special for the Grandpa.

And what he may not quite realize is that they have him wrapped up too. He is the source for all sorts of games and laughter, and always has a pocketful of treats. I think they played for a good hour, flying through the air and playing with the ceiling fan.

How sweet.
