Mother of Victim: "I was putting away clothes in our bedroom, while Ella, the victim, and Ash, the accused, were playing together. Ella was laughing, the cat was making sounds, but I couldn't quite tell if they were good or bad. She may have tried sitting on the cat, but Ella was having fun and the cat wasn't running away. I discovered the scratch not by tears, but by noticing them on her as she walked by."
Son of the Accused: "Meow." Translation: She had it coming, trust me.
The Verdict
Charges dropped. Both parties agreed to play nice.
That is crazy that she didn't cry. My dog Ralph isn't too crazy for Mason lately either. Today Mason tried to ride Ralph or sit on him or something... Ralph really didn't like it and I wouldn't blame him!
